Yield: About 5 cups (1180ml)

Ingredients

  • 750ml vodka
  • 2½ cups sugar
  • 2 cups lemon juice (about 7 lemons)
  • 1–2 cups lemon zest (16–32 lemons, white pith removed)
Limoncello

Method

  1. Add ingredients to CannaButter Machine.
  2. Select 160°F/71°C → 1 Hour/Oil.
  3. Strain through filter bag, refrigerate in bottles.
