Ingredients
- 750ml vodka
- 2½ cups sugar
- 2 cups lemon juice (about 7 lemons)
- 1–2 cups lemon zest (16–32 lemons, white pith removed)
Limoncello
Method
- Add ingredients to CannaButter Machine.
- Select 160°F/71°C → 1 Hour/Oil.
- Strain through filter bag, refrigerate in bottles.
