Slammin’ Salsa

Yield: About 5 cups (1180ml)

Ingredients

  • ⅔ cup (160ml) Canna Olive Oil
  • 1–3 red onions, chopped
  • 1–1½ bunches cilantro, chopped
  • ½ cup (120ml) red wine vinegar
  • 3 tbsp tomato paste
  • ½ green, ½ yellow, ½ orange bell pepper (chopped)
  • 6 Roma tomatoes, chopped
  • 6–8 garlic cloves
  • Juice of 4–6 limes
  • 1–3 jalapeños (to taste), de-stemmed
  • 1 bunch green onions
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Method

  1. Add ingredients into the CannaButter Machine.
  2. Press Clean cycle.
  3. Pour into bowls and serve with chips, tacos, or nachos.
