Shipping policy

All orders from CannaButter.co.nz are shipped via NZPost. We currently ship within New Zealand only.

Delivery Timeframes

  • Non-Rural Addresses: 1–2 working days
  • Rural Addresses: 2–4 working days

Delivery times are targeted but not guaranteed. Please check the NZPost website for updates on delays. Processing time (order packing/dispatch) is not included in the delivery estimate.

Shipping Costs

  • Non-Rural: $5.00
  • Rural: $7.00

Same-Day / Urgent / Saturday Delivery

At this time, we do not offer same-day, urgent, or Saturday delivery services.

Free Shipping

Orders over $50.00 (non-rural only) qualify for free NZ shipping.

  • Rural addresses do not qualify for free shipping. Standard rural rates apply.

Redirection

If you need to redirect your parcel, please use your NZPost tracking number directly on the NZPost website.

  • While we’ll do our best to help, changes after dispatch cannot be guaranteed.
  • CannaButter is not responsible for lost/damaged parcels caused by redirection changes.

Parcel Not Received

If your parcel is marked as “Delivered” but not received:

  • Check your letterbox, neighbors, and around your property.
  • If still missing, contact us within 48 hours of the marked delivery time so we can lodge an investigation with NZPost.

Please note:

  • We cannot issue a refund/replacement until NZPost completes their investigation.
  • If NZPost confirms the parcel was delivered correctly, no replacement/refund will be provided.

Wrong Delivery Address

Please check your address carefully at checkout.

  • If an incorrect address was entered, contact us immediately before dispatch.
  • If already shipped, you must request redirection directly with NZPost.
  • We are not responsible for lost parcels due to incorrect address details.

Unsuccessful Delivery / Return to Sender

If your order is returned to us due to unsuccessful delivery, you may choose:

  • Redelivery:
    1. Non-rural: $7.00
    2. Rural: $9.00
  • Refund: We’ll issue a refund minus the return shipping cost.

By default, returned parcels will be re-shipped to the same address unless you contact us with an alternative.
