Refund policy

At CannaButter.co.nz, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of the CannaButter Machine. This policy explains when and how you may return a product or request a refund.

Returns & Exchanges

  • You may return unused, unopened products within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
  • Items must be in their original packaging and condition.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened or used CannaButter Machines.
  • Consumables such as filter bags and gloves (if sold separately).

Faulty or Defective Products

All CannaButter Machines are covered by a 1-Year New Zealand Warranty. If your machine is faulty, we will repair, replace, or refund it in line with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.

Return Shipping

  • For change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • For defective or incorrect items, we will cover the return shipping costs.

How to Request a Return or Refund

  1. Email us atsupport@cannabutter.co.nz with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Our team will confirm eligibility and provide return instructions.
  3. Once received and inspected, we’ll process your refund or exchange.
