At CannaButter.co.nz, we stand behind the quality of our products. Your purchase of the CannaButter Machine is protected by our 1-Year New Zealand Warranty.
✅ What’s Covered
- Manufacturing defects
- Electrical or mechanical faults
- Product failures under normal household use
If your machine stops working correctly within the warranty period, we’ll repair or replace it at no cost (excluding shipping to our service centre).
❌ What’s Not Covered
- Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or modifications
- Using the machine outside of recommended instructions
- Normal wear and tear (e.g., scratches, cosmetic changes)
- Consumable items like filter bags and gloves
🛠 Troubleshooting First
Before requesting service:
- Ensure the pitcher is filled between the MIN and MAX lines.
- Check that the head unit is seated properly.
- Try the self-clean cycle to reset the system.
- Unplug, wait 30 seconds, and restart.

🕒 Warranty Period
- Coverage lasts 12 months from the date of purchase.
- Replacement products or parts are covered for the remainder of the original warranty period.
