Yield: About 2.25 cups sauce + 4–6 servings wings

Ingredients

Wings:
  • 1kg chicken wings
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp garlic granulated
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp pepper
Sauce:
  • ½ cup (120ml) Canna Coconut Oil
  • ¾ cup (180ml) Sriracha or gochujang
  • ¼ cup honey
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • ¼ cup mango puree
  • 1 lime (juice + zest)
Garnish:
  • Chives, cilantro, sesame seeds
Sticky Icky Wings

Method

  1. Sauce: Add sauce ingredients to CannaButter Machine → 160°F/71°C, 1 Hour/Oil.
  2. Wings: Bake wings at 200°C for 45 minutes.
  3. Toss wings in warm Sticky Icky Sauce, broil 2–5 mins for char.
  4. Garnish and serve.
